Using this website
The website is provided for general information about our services, service areas, hours and how to contact us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with how it works, try to gain access to parts of it that are not meant for you, or submit false information through our forms.
We try to keep the information on the site accurate, but we may update or correct it at any time without notice. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we confirm it with you directly.
Booking and service requests
When you call, book online or send a request through a form, you are asking us to schedule a visit. A request is not a guarantee of a particular time slot until we confirm it with you.
We serve the towns listed on our site. If your address is outside our service area, we will tell you when we reply.
Please make sure someone aged 18 or older is present at the property during the visit, and that our technician can reach the garage door and opener.
Pricing and payment
We aim to give you upfront, flat-rate pricing for the work we recommend. Final cost depends on the parts and work your door or opener actually needs, and we will discuss any change in scope with you before going ahead with it.
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, check, Zelle and Venmo. Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise with you.
Offers and promotions shown on the site may have an end date and conditions. The details we confirm with you when booking apply.
Hours, after-hours calls and holidays
We are open seven days a week: Monday to Friday 7 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 7:45 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 7 AM to 8 PM. We are closed on major holidays.
For urgent garage door problems, such as a broken spring or a door stuck open, you can call us after hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Calling after hours does not guarantee a response or arrival at a specific time.
Safety and your responsibilities
Garage doors are heavy and their springs and cables are under high tension. Please do not try to lift, force or repair a door that is stuck, off track or has a broken spring. Keep people and pets clear of the door until a technician has looked at it.
Please tell us about any known hazards at the property, and let us know if the door or opener was previously repaired or modified by someone else.
Warranty and our work
We stand behind our work. Any warranty on our work, and on parts supplied by manufacturers, is limited to the terms we give you for your specific job. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather, or work done by others after our visit.
Limits of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Everest Garage Doors is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website or from delays in scheduling. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Massachusetts or federal consumer law that cannot be waived.
